ADHD isn't a willpower problem. It's a different operating system for attention, motivation, and time. We work with what your brain does well and build practical scaffolding for the parts that get in the way — homework battles, missed deadlines, rejection sensitivity, overwhelm, and the shame spiral that often follows.
What treatment looks like
Sessions are concrete and skills-forward. We help you (or your child) map attention patterns, build routines that survive real life, and develop self-advocacy language for school, work, and relationships. For families, we coach parents alongside the child so new strategies actually stick at home.
We coordinate with prescribers, schools, and IEP/504 teams when helpful, with your written consent. We do not prescribe medication, but we'll happily collaborate with your prescribing provider.
