This Privacy Policy explains how NobleMind Counseling, PLLC ("NobleMind", "we") collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to this website. It is separate from our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs Protected Health Information (PHI), and is supplemented by our Data Retention Schedule.
Information we collect
Information you submit through forms (name, email, phone, general inquiry text), and limited technical information automatically collected by our hosting provider (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used for security and audit purposes.
How we use information
To respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, maintain a security audit trail, and improve our website. We do not sell or rent your information.
How we protect information
All form submissions are transmitted over TLS, validated server-side, and stored in an encrypted database. Form data is locked behind a service-role boundary and is never exposed to the browser.
How long we keep it
Retention varies by category and is published in full in our Data Retention Schedule. You may shorten retention for your own data at any time via a deletion request.
