Scheduling, messaging, and billing are powered by SimplePractice — a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record and client portal. Returning clients sign in with the credentials sent to their inbox after intake.

We start every new client with a short intake and a complimentary 15-minute consultation to make sure we're a good fit before booking your first session — in person at our Ohio office or by secure telehealth video.

Both are written to be HIPAA-aware — they never include diagnosis, treatment, or other protected health information. Telehealth confirmations include a private meeting link delivered through the portal.

In-person sessions take place at our Ohio office. Telehealth sessions take place over our HIPAA-compliant video platform; the link is delivered through your portal. To protect your privacy, please do not share diagnosis, symptoms, or other protected health information (PHI) at the front desk or by text/email — your clinician will discuss everything privately in session.
